Walking on the sunny side…

With all the bad news, stressful living, and climate change, I think we would do good to stop for a moment, take a deep breath of fresh air, and breath out all the stress and bad air that is bringing us down… Do it again… And again… I look up just in time to notice a ray of sunshine breaking through what has been a cloud-filled

rainy day. Take in that moment, breath in that sunshine and fresh air, exhale all the dark and bad air, as you feel yourself walking on the sunny side… Continue as long as it takes to feel yourself again. Now you tell me, wasn’t that worth the four or five moments spent?
